overall a decent experience
clean room helpful staff friendly staff remote location expensive breakfast hidden charges
the hotel was clean. my room was comfortable and it had everything i needed. the staff was very friendly and helpful with all my requests.
the breakfast was not worth the price , it costs 30 euros. the location felt quite remote. they claimed the massage and sauna were free , but they charged in euros.

late arrival comfy room clean bathroom
the staff made arrangements for my very late arrival. i was put in my room immediately instead of waiting in the lobby. the room was comfy, and the bathroom was very clean, and room service was great.
i noticed the spa facilities were not fully operational. the steam room was not consistently working. also, massage options were unavailable due to staffing issues and there was no option to use pool without buying a swimming cap.

the staff was friendly and helpful . my room included two separate sinks, which i found very convenient. breakfast offered a good selection and the hotel was clean. i especially appreciated the fresh sheets and the efficient laundry services.
the hotel's location felt a bit isolated, requiring taxi rides to reach many attractions.

I loved the cleanliness of the rooms and the fresh sheets. the breakfast was great with many options! friendly staff provided excellent service. Mr serkan even upgraded me to a suite at no extra cost!
