the staff made arrangements for my very late arrival. i was put in my room immediately instead of waiting in the lobby. the room was comfy, and the bathroom was very clean, and room service was great.
i noticed the spa facilities were not fully operational. the steam room was not consistently working. also, massage options were unavailable due to staffing issues and there was no option to use pool without buying a swimming cap.
